What is Soul Mapping? Soul mapping is an ancient concept that attempts to create a visual catalogue to chronicle the nature of one’s own soul development. Because the soul is multidimensional, expansive, and does not exist on a single plane, mapping it is a beautifully unique challenge.

To visualize this tiny piece of infinity, our workshop will use the sacred symbol of the spiral as the starting point for your map.

Whether you want your map to start on the outside and move inward to “know thyself,” or start on the inside and journey outwards in growth and expansion, this workshop will provide the perfect framework.

What We Will Do: During our time together, we will walk step-by-step through synthesizing the elements of your soul’s journey. We will guide you in creating deep, honest inventories to place upon your spiral, including:

• Your Archetypes: A thorough list of your core characteristics and the energetic patterns that define your motivations.

• Your Life Lessons: A catalogue of learned experiences, focusing on the major lessons you have gathered rather than just the events themselves.

• Your Passions and Fears: A deep dive into every joyful endeavor you’ve ever pursued, alongside an honest search for the self-created fears—like the fear of success or responsibility—that act as obstacles holding you back.

• Your Connections: Exploring the favorite people you have known and exactly why you appreciate them.

• Your Purpose and Desires: Identifying what gives your life meaning, alongside a specific, multidimensional list of your free will desires for the future.
